Here's how I was reminded that taking advice from a near teenage boy is not always helpful.


Me: Joe, I feel like a loser. They won't ask me out, not matter how amazing I am.
Joe: You aren't a loser. We are counseled to not pair off.
Me:... Joe. ... Really. That doesn't apply to me anymore. That stops being advice, in fact, we are advised to do the opposite.

Basically, that kid is a one of my favorites
